About

A wellness background that
actually shows up in the work.

I did not choose wellness because it was a trending niche. I grew up in it. My Baba was a herbologist and reflexologist, and ingredient-conscious living, natural health, and questioning what we put in and on our bodies were normal in my home long before wellness became a trend.

That foundation led me to study holistic health, Reiki, personal training, and performance nutrition. I have also worked in chiropractic clinic environments and with personal training clients, which gave me a deeper understanding of how people ask questions, build trust, and make decisions around their health.

As a mum of two, I also understand the buyer on the other side of the ad. I know what it feels like to manage a household, make intentional purchases, compare ingredients, question vague claims, and decide whether a wellness product is trustworthy enough to become part of daily family life.

Today, I bring that lived and learned experience into strategic creative for supplement, health-tech, recovery, and women's wellness brands. A lot of wellness content stops at ingredients, features, or vague claims. I help brands connect the product to the customer's real pain point, felt benefit, and trust cue, so skeptical buyers understand why it matters, feel more confident purchasing, and stay connected long term.

My creative strategy is about more than pretty wellness videos. It is built to support buyer trust, retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime customer value.

Brand Fit

Who I partner with

I work with wellness brands that need content to do more than look good. The best fit is a brand with a product, platform, or service that requires education, trust, and clear buyer understanding before someone feels ready to purchase, or stay consistent.

🧬

Premium Supplements & Nutraceuticals

Minerals, nootropics, adaptogens, gut health, stress support, sleep, recovery, women's wellness, longevity, and performance nutrition.

📱

Health-Tech & Mental Wellness Apps

ADHD, nervous system regulation, sleep, habit-building, emotional wellness, motherhood, recovery, and behavior change.

🏃

Recovery, Movement & Performance

Recovery tools, wearable tech, mobility brands, functional fitness products, pain support, sleep optimization, and performance-focused wellness.

🌸

Women's Wellness & Hormonal Health

Stress, sleep, cycle health, postpartum, fertility-adjacent wellness, perimenopause, and nervous system support.

🌱

Clean Beauty & Intentional Living

Ingredient-conscious skincare, family-safe products, clean home context, and premium daily rituals.

I am a strong fit for brands that value product education, ethical wellness messaging, clear customer pain points, and strategic creative partnerships.

What I Solve

Most wellness content
explains the product.
Strategic creative explains
why the buyer should care.

A lot of wellness brands have strong products, but their content gets stuck talking about ingredients, features, or vague benefits.

"Supports energy."    "Helps with stress."    "Promotes gut health."    "Made with clean ingredients."

The issue is not always the product. The issue is that the content does not clearly connect the customer's real pain point, the product mechanism, the felt benefit, and the trust cue that moves someone closer to purchase.

That creates skepticism. And skepticism does not just affect the first sale. It can affect consistency, retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime customer value.

My work helps brands turn product education into strategic creative that gives buyers a reason to understand, trust, purchase, and stay connected.

Pain-Point-Led Messaging

So the right buyer recognizes themselves, the specific struggle they are living right now, not a demographic assumption.

Mechanism Education

So the product makes sense without sounding clinical. The science, translated into something a real person can follow.

Trust-Building Creative

So skepticism goes down before the click, not after the abandoned cart.

Retention-Aware Strategy

So customers understand how to use the product and why consistency matters, supporting LTV, not just first-purchase CPA.

Every piece of creative should have a clear job — connecting pain point, mechanism, felt benefit, and trust cue into something your growth team can actually test.

Strategic Content Work

Work built for trust, clarity,
and performance.

A selection of wellness, recovery, clean beauty, and lifestyle content created with buyer trust, product clarity, and performance-minded creative in mind. Each piece has a specific creative angle and a strategic purpose.
